Chief Ferguson is extending an invitation to the ODHFS to join them for the upcoming Fire-Rescue Show. There will an area to set up a tent and static displays. They would be honored if the ODHFS can attend, and they value the partnership with our organization. A Fire-Rescue Show is planned for Saturday evening, October 8th, starting at 6 p.m. at Goochland High School. We are planning an evening of fire and EMS demonstrations for our citizens and children, also the kicking off Fire Prevention Week. A small fireworks show is planned for the end of the evening. This is a great opportunity to promote community risk reduction, while showcasing the department. Please considering coming out and spending an evening with your local Firefighters and EMS providers.
